SEE YA NEXT TIME

TRUE E. READYWRITER
SEE YA NEXT TIME!

Well, it's December and time to bring out the artificial trees and ornaments that have been carefully wrapped last year to hang on the branches.

Christmas is a wonderful time of year, filled with so many  special  memories of years gone by, with buried  hopes,  and fulfilled dreams.

There is nothing like the _expression on the face of a young child who has patiently awaited the morning of Christmas.  There is nothing like the songs that are being piped into the stores and the great malls at Christmas time.

There's a song that states, "It's a Most Wonderful Time of the Year!"

Isn't it grand that this time of cheerful anticipation is also, most importantly, the time of the celebration of The Birth of Jesus Christ?   Amidst the fret, fanfare and fau-du-rah, we must not forget  JESUS.  It's easy to remember the helpless little Baby; but we can't forsake the Resurrected LORD!

This is the last issue of the Readywriter Newsletter - TJIFA.  It has been a wonderful year filled with explorations of every kind.  We have noted Noteworthy items, then viewed our selves In The Mirror.  We have had good suggestions from several contributing writers, poets and literary giants, in whom we have enjoyed and appreciated.

We have enjoyed the relaxed pace of searching and the excitement of finding.

Though we are a small newsletter, we have had big visions and dreams.  We've gone where Angels dare to tread and sympathized with missionaries who buried their dead.    We have unlocked doors that seemed rusted with age and were not afraid to turn the page.

We have touched on many subjects this year.  The bulk of which can be easily recovered by traveling via Internet to: www.readywriter.com

There you will find a button named Newsletter and by selecting it, you will then find the archive for this year.  Feel free to copy any issue or all to your satisfaction.

I pray that you and your family of loved ones have a wonderful Christmas and a prosperous New Year.  It is so important NOT to FORGET the real reason for this season.  Take a suggestion from a  true warrior and friend.  "Don't act as if you won't get a bill from all of that charging, this Christmas.  Do all things in moderation; and give from the heart.  Don't allow yourself to be caught up in the boisterous boasting by-product of Christmas, but bring in the Baby of Bethlehem's Manger.  Remember the Righteous Resurrected who redeemed your life from destruction."

Merry Christmas!

Looking Forward

NOTEWORTHY:

I think today of Christmas, and even moreover, the baby Jesus. A largely, and highly celebrated time of the year, so significant that,  I read recently that in World War 1 1914 , the German and the British troops ceased fighting on this Christmas eve in a direct celebration of the one single event that this eve could only represent to both sides.

I enjoy sharing with you,  my own very personal thoughts about Christ at Christmas. It always reminds me of giving because I learned so much about  how God gave us His Son; And as Jesus Christ now lives in us, it just seems to give certain measure to our giving , that we wouldn't have otherwise.  I'm not referring to  Christmas alone, but it just seems the right thing to do day in and day out.

If you get stuck with what to give this holiday season, you can't give a better gift than LOVE. It's a gift that not only can it last a lifetime, but it also always comes free of charge because it is a gift that has been given unto us by the Father who created it all, and He is so wealthy that He always says to His children ‘No Charge'. He gives to us always, and it's always for the purpose of giving to others.

I like being a part of this Newsletter, because it reminds me of a constant, and continuous means of giving, and that's truly a cause not only worth living for, but also worth dying for in JESUS alone.  Merry Christmas.           SLC

In The Mirror:

Note from the author:

Thank you for your pleasant readership this year.  We have grown significantly; and it's all due to you passing it on and letting others know where they can find the Newsletter.

Our plans for next year aren't available as yet, but I know that you will enjoy the enhancements that will be made.

Last year we began sending the Newsletter out on Thursday night after work hours, and it seemed to be beneficial for most of our readers.  If there are any suggestions that you may be wondering about, please send me a FAX or an E-mail.  Make sure that you put in the subject line "Re: TJIFA", or else, you know, it probably won't get opened.

It has been more of a pleasure than you could ever imagine this year.  Through all of the hardships and trials; through all of the times of wanting to give in or up, GOD has brought us over and through the difficulties so that we can stand and say...
"Looking Forward".

See Ya Next Time
