“NO ROOM”Luke 2:7 (KJV)
7”And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.”

Every child quakes and shakes thinking about Little Jesus Meek and Mild being layed in a manger on straw. He was in a type of barn with animals, this Lowly
Sacred Child. Many of our little children state quite openly. “I would have given Jesus my room. I wouldn’t have put Him in a barn.” In their little
hearts they truly mean this. They never think about the fact that they would have had to ask permission from their parents to have a perfect stranger
sleep in their room, or in their bed. No wonder Jesus proclaimed;
Luke 18:16 (KJV) 16”But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of
God.”
Is the Kingdom of GOD full of hearts that yearn for Jesus to spend time with them? Is the Kingdom of GOD full of clean hearts that quickly raise their
dirty, soiled little hands to invite The King of Glory to fill their junky, toy scattered and clothes tattered dwelling? Do the occupants have sticky
fingers, odd mate shoes, and clothes buttoned crooked? Are they so full of Love, Joy, and Peace that they run around the Kingdom of GOD doing Good, Good,
Good? Do they never seem to tire, and take no rests?
They would certainly give Jesus or anyone a place to rest his weary head. Then why did the King of Glory have no place? Why was there ‘no room?’
The King of Glory didn’t come into The Kingdom of GOD. He came as an innocent New Born Earthling, who was not distinguishable from any other Earthling.
He came in an unassuming posture, with every Scripture being fulfilled; but as it is now it was then also. No one had time for a baby. After all there
was a census in town. This was the grand opportunity for the town’s people to make extra income on the unexpected travel that had taken place. There
was no room for a baby. Babies don’t pay for lodging nor do they indulge themselves with strong drink and food. (You might say that they serve an unexpected
interference or interruption in flow of contemplated actions, thought and income.) It could easily be said that a baby is a demanding nuisance.
Was Baby Jesus a Nuisance? Was He an unexpected interruption in the flow of actions, thoughts, and income? Everything that a baby is now…He was then.
If these wealth seeking town’s people had known that Baby Jesus would take every sin they would or ever did to
Calvary, do you think that they would have closed doors on His parents saying, “No room?”
Believe it or not, your life may be shouting…No Room for Jesus! Habits are so encompassing, and viral in nature and exposure that they squeeze out any
potential for deliverance, replacement or extinction; this keeps the habit ruling and the sign remains…no room for Jesus! (Don’t let anything keep you
from Jesus . . . NOTHING!)
We should all be like the little child who readily accepts Baby Jesus into his junky room. Stop hesitating, it may be too late. Raise your hand for the
opportunity to receive Jesus into your room. He’s been waiting a long time to sup with you. Maybe this Christmas, going into the New Year, you will remove
the presents of the 25th, and the parties of the 1st of the year, and throw your hands up and welcome Jesus into your room.

Don’t let it be said of you . . . “There was no room, for Jesus Christ!”
He has every reason to reject you; but you have no right to deny Him; because He paid for you!
Have a Merry Christmas, In Jesus’ Precious Name.
