REDEEMER

GENESIS 3:15; “15And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou SHALT BRUISE HIS HEEL.”

God PROMISED His Creation a Redeemer before Lucifer could retreat from his demonic position of deception in the garden.  In Genesis 3:15; the “Redeemer”, is a man, like Adam, and He will restore everything that was deliberately taken in the fall.      Not only did Lucifer take or steal from GOD’S Creation; but, GOD cursed the ground that man would thereafter attempt to cultivate.  “17And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; 18Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; 19In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground.” (Genesis 3:17-19)

WE NEED A REDEEMER!
We throw this word around so aimlessly . . . Redeemer.  Do we really know what it means?  Redeemer; He stood in my place.  Redeemer: He never opened His mouth to accuse me, nor did He point His finger to single me out.  Redeemer: He was innocent of every accusation.  Redeemer; THE ONLY ONE WHO could RESTORE Creation.  This Redeemer would restore eternal life to GOD’S Creation, and make all things new.   Redeemer is our spotless sacrifice.  Redeemer would put in place the original plan of GOD, to have a Paradise for His Creations, and abolish sin, death, and the curse.

The earth is not bad, as we so often are lead to believe.  When GOD created the heavens and the earth and everything in Genesis He saw that it was good, and His scrutiny  is witnessed in Genesis, chapter one.

Satan hates the earth, and is intent on the earth’s destruction.  GOD loves His Creation, and will see His Children rule and reign in this earth.    “10That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: 11In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 12That we should be to THE PRAISE of His Glory, who first trusted in Christ.”  (Ephesians 1:10-12)

It wasn’t just mankind who needed redemption, it was the whole creation, and GOD gave us the “Only Redeemer” which could restore all of His Creation . . . Jesus Christ.   The Gospel is Good News for the whole creation.  It is good news for the animals, the plants, the stars, and the planets; for the sky above and the earth below.  According to Scripture, “The first Heaven and the first Earth were passed away.” : 1And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. 5And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. 6And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. 7He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.  (Revelation 21:1-7)

Jesus Christ has completed His mission as Redeemer; The Crucified.  He now sits at the right hand of GOD the Father Almighty ever making intercession for the saints.  The ball is in our court.  Will you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior NOW?  Jesus has said, that the New Jerusalem is for His sons.  The time to make decision for Christ, is now.  Right now!  While we still live in the “First Heaven and the First Earth.”  We are living a temporary existence, that only serves to place you where GOD intended His Creation to be in the first place.  Don’t allow anyone to talk you into being lax about your supernatural conversion,  (Being Born Again).  Just do it!

Can you imagine GOD being so merciful that He would wait for everyone to be born that was intended for this first earth to make a choice for His Redeemer, and then renewing “All things?”

“His Mercy endures to all generations.”  Don’t be left out…You have a Redeemer.

See Ya Next Time!

NOTEWORTHY: Bananas Fight Depression, Heartburn And More:
Most people know that bananas are an excellent source of Potassium (one ripe banana supplies more than 10%of an adult’s daily requirement of the mineral). That’s important because people with a low dietary intake of potassium are 28%  more likely to suffer a stroke than those who consume higher levels, according to a study conducted at Tulane University.

Depression:
Bananas are a good source of tryptophan (a precursor to serotonin, a brain chemical that helps regulate mood).

Diarrhea:
Unripe bananas and plantains (high-starch, green bananas that are typically cooked) are a rich source of tannins, astringent plant compounds that helps stop water accumulation in the intestines, thus diminishing diarrhea.

Heartburn and ulcers:
Bananas neutralize acidity and soothe and coat esophageal tissue with pectin (a substance used as a thickener and stabilizer in jellies).

Important:
In rare cases, bananas may cause an allergic reaction.  Bananas with blackened skin can increase blood sugar levels.  Because bananas have high levels of potassium, people with kidney problems should check with their doctors before eating this fruit.

TJIFA’S BOOK SHELF:

THE HOLY BIBLE: (THE WORD OF GOD)
GOD’S Word leads and guides us in the way of righteousness; the Psalmist says, “It is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my pathway.”  Recently, I heard an Evangelist say, “This Book is the breath of GOD.  Angels hear these Words and respond to them.  These Words when spoken by Believers have the same anointing and power as when spoken by Jesus Christ.”  He went on to say, “When Satan hears these Words, he doesn’t know if it is GOD or one of His Offspring.”

That statement pinched me.  I begin to think of all the wrong words that we waste, and speak to one another.  We know that these wrong words are not from GOD, so if not from GOD, then they must be from His adversary; Satan.

Wouldn’t it be good if we could monitor our words to the point that the only thing that comes out is the Word of GOD?  You may think that is impossible, but my Bible says, “There is nothing new under the sun.”  And, if there’s nothing new, then there are already words to express any and every situation, if we just believe.

“FERVENT PRAYER” BY TRUE E. READYWRITER
This is a beautiful book of prayers for all occasions.  It was written with the anointing and under the unction of the Holy Spirit.  Written in the first person, it gives the special feeling that the reader is praying the prayers, which also places the Word of GOD in the thoughts and the mouth of the reader.

Some of the comments from Readers of Fervent Prayer:
“You can’t put it down.”  BMCC
“Whenever I can’t sleep, and need to pray, but can’t find the words, I reach for ‘Fervent Prayer’.  This book has just the right words for the situation.”  FWR

“Fervent Prayer pulled me through, during my time of mourning.  It was a real comfort to me.”  HH
“I thank God for the courage, tenacity, and the dedication that I was able to witness when I saw this book being written. It will encourage and inspire the person with a heart toward God.”  SLC

“I like the way the Word of GOD is so much a part of every prayer.”

“The atmosphere of this book is overwhelming.  You can sense the power of Truth and Love of Jesus Christ as you read.  I read this book often, myself, just because I love the personal feeling of closeness, to Our Father, that it so easily manifests.

To the individual who has difficulty reaching into their bosom to find the words to speak to Our Father; Fervent Prayer.”

REVELATION?

“Death is an unnatural condition, we are unified beings, that is why the belief in bodily resurrection is so important.  And that’s why Job rejoiced that he would see GOD, in his flesh.  (Job 19:26) When GOD sent Jesus to die, it was for our bodies as well as for our spirits.  He came to redeem, not just the breath of life, but the dust of the ground . . . We will never be all that GOD intended for us to be, until body joins spirit in resurrection.  Our new bodies are intended for the new heaven and the new earth.”

FRIDAY’S WORD:  REDEEM
New Testament The New Testament centers redemption in Jesus Christ. He purchased the church with His own blood (Acts 20:28), gave His flesh for the life of the world (John 6:51), as the Good Shepherd laid down His life for His sheep (John 10:11) and demonstrated the greatest love by laying down His life for His friends (John 15:13). The purpose of Jesus in the world was to make a deliberate sacrifice of Himself for human sin. He did something sinful people could not do for themselves. He brought hope to sinners, providing redemption from sin and fellowship with the Eternal Father. As the Suffering Servant, His was a costly sacrifice, the shameful and agonizing death of a Roman cross. New Testament redemption thus speaks of substitutionary sacrifice demonstrating divine love and righteousness. It points to a new relationship to God, the dynamic of a new life, God’s leniency in the past, and the call for humility for the future.
In other ways and language the centrality of redemption through the death of Jesus Christ is expressed throughout the New Testament from the Lamb of God who lifts up and carries away the sin of the world (John 1:29) to the redeeming Lamb praised by a multitude because He was slain and by His blood redeemed unto God’s people of every kindred, tongue, and nation (Rev. 5:8-14). See Christ; Jesus; Atonement; Reconciliation.

IN THE MIRROR:
After reading several great articles by authors like  Dr. Charles F. Stanley, Hank Hanegraaff, Mart De Haan, and Greg R, Albrecht, I feel like I’ve experienced my first real ‘writer’s block’. They were all written so well, and so clearly, and I just wanted to pass along every word to make sure nobody missed out on what great things God has done in the Resurrection of Jesus.

Whereas I don’t have the resources right now to place these materials in your possession, I’d like to share with you where God allowed me to further insight during this very special time of year.

There’s no possibility of fraud or deception in the life of Jesus, and especially the Resurrection. When you look at the facts surrounding the Resurrection, you see a real event that took place in history that would change the known world forever. It’s not a matter of the above names who knows this and took time to write about it, but everybody knows this truth in one variation or another.

It was Hank Hanegraaff’s words that stuck hard within my spirit. “No middle ground exist.” His article was bringing to a light the Resurrection being, “History”, or “Hoax.” It’s that ‘middle ground’ that draws my concerns today. I’ve read the surveys and have reason to believe there are a lot of very good people too willing to “pick, and chose” what they decide to believe out of the Bible.
You can make a lot of people very pleased with you if you go along with their idea, or own interpretation of the Bible, but the only problem is, that is not going to alter what God has said or done, all for our behalf. We are either spiritually alive, or spiritually dead, and nowhere does it show up more than in our willful obedience, or disobedience.

What frightens me a lot is that so many ‘Christians’ are in that ‘middle ground’ area, and don’t see or understand the harm. Unless someone is truly studying the Word of God and submitting themselves to the Lord Jesus Christ, they are going to ignore that old familiar term, “Consequence.”  It’s what kids don’t know a lot about at five years old, but get real good at by the time they reach fifty; it’s what the frog doesn’t know about when you put him a pan of water his own body temperature, and light a small fire up under him, he’ll sit there and boil to death because he never knew the right time to jump out of the water! It’s what we don’t understand when we think we can know clearly the life of Jesus Christ; the Cross; and the Resurrection, and convince ourselves we’ll just live it our way, and God’s just going to accept us when we denied His Son the right and the privilege of living His life through us. THAT RESURRECTION WAS FOR YOU!

I couldn’t give you this testimony voluntarily, but God with-holds nothing that demonstrates what it’s like to know Him right in this life where we are today. I’ve heard this whispered before, it was really amusing to learn. A close friend of ours recently told my wife, “We looked like we’re rich.” We had a real good time laughing about our real financial status, and then we decided to give it some hardcore thought because this could be a thing where you’re looking real good, and don’t know it.( I hope you’re smiling, cause here’s what we figured out, and I pray God uses it as part of the progressive transformation in your life.)

There’s only one way to explain that. We both knew at the same time that, “The reason we walk around and get along so well in the joy of the Lord is because we both know that this world is not our home.”
We love to give, and what giving from the heart does. I offer you that which God has so freely given, The RESURRECTION. . .a life worth living . . .and a life worth dying.      God Bless, SLC
