GOD HAS COMMANDED HIS PEOPLE TO BE FRUITFUL, MULTIPLY, REPLENISH, SUBDUE AND HAVE DOMINION OVER "ALL THE WORKS OF HIS HANDS ." (PSALMS 8.) GENESIS REMINDS US THAT GOD GAVE COMMANDS FROM THE BEGINNING, AND HIS COMMANDS CARRIED WITH THEM RESULTS. RESULTS FOR THE FUTURE OF MANKIND . WE HAVE INVENTED REASONS TO DISOBEY THESE SIMPLE COMMANDS OF GOD. WE'VE BEEN TOLD (IN THE 60'S) THAT IN SO MANY YEARS, WE COULDN'T FEED EVERYONE, SO PEOPLE WERE ENCOURAGED TO ONLY HAVE TWO CHILDREN. (YET, JESUS FED THOUSANDS, WITH A YOUNG BOY'S LUNCH.) THERE ARE MANY PROPHECIES OF DOOM WHICH HAD NO BASIS. IF WE HAD TURNED TO THE FIRST BOOK OF THE BIBLE, WE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN FOOLED. SO, LET'S GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING. . . BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY! IT'S NOT TOO LATE.

Genesis 1:28; "And GOD blessed them, and GOD said to them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the foul of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth."

One year, I decided to grow some cucumbers, tomatoes, and green peppers. I was so proud when I saw the pretty little flowers coming out of the little green plants. I knew that soon I would have to replant my seedlings to a larger pot, but in the mean time, I told my brother about my new endeavor.

My brother gave me an interesting fact, how green houses hire people who farm bees. He said that these bee farmers take their hives to green houses, and let them loose. The bees go from plant to plant; this process pollinates the plants, and causes them to bring forth fruit.

Every morning I took a q-tip and went from plant to plant (attempting to do what GOD does naturally.) Then out of frustration, and not knowing which plant was male and/or female, I put my flower box full of plants out on the front porch.

GOD has given us a command, "Be fruitful, and multiply . . . " GOD made male and female, in the flowers, in the birds, in the fish, and in man. The only way to procreate is that the males fertilize the female.

There was an era when the family was important to the survival of itself. The more children there were in the family, the more work that could be accomplished. These large families worked acres of farm land, and owned animals that were well taken care of by young members, due to their importance.

When children of these large families were married, they were given tracts of land and a mule or horse with a plow. This was the beginning of a new family. And, of course they were encouraged to "be fruitful."

The fruitfulness of the family, helped everyone. Then, 100 years later, six children were quite enough. More people lived in the city, and the accommodations weren't as great, as they were in the country. Six children were acceptable; then four…two or three boys, and a girl. In the 1950's four children were not comfortable, and people looked at you as if you didn't have good self control. The 1960's brought in a time of the WOMAN who decided that NO WOMAN should have more than TWO children…A boy, and A girl. Anything more than this was discarded.

Today, (2004) women and men are deciding NOT to give life to ANY children. This decision has landed us in a position of lack. Our armed forces are made of young men and women. As they stand for what they believe, and fight an enemy whose numbers are inexact. The family unit made of togetherness, love, and hope, is slowly being disintegrated, like a peeled banana; it attempts to withstand, in its nakedness, against the onslaught of the enemy.

There are groups of identical genders which have joined themselves and labeled themselves parents. These groups then accept children that have been broken from real families and raise them as erased gender children.
GOD said, "Raise up a child in the way that it should go, and he will not depart from …" This principle is being used by the enemy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to steal, kill and destroy. Why? They CANNOT be fruitful. And, this doesn't disturb them; because, their goal has no future, only pleasure for today.

Christians, we MUST TRUST GOD for His Word's sake. He has given us dominion over EVERY living THING on this earth, under the waters, and the fouls of the heavens above the earth. We have believed a lie. Many of us are just waking to the unveiling of this lie. We've passed it along as truth to our offspring, and they too, have shut off and halted the proliferation of GOD's people. GOD promised that He would take care of all that concerns Him. How could we ever think that GOD would not take care of us if we had large numbers of children? But, if we are in the position of god, we would naturally calculate our own finances and determine that more than two or one child is more than you can keep. And because of fear, we have allowed the enemy to plant in GOD's vineyard. We've allowed the enemy to take the dominion that GOD gave us in the beginning. (See Genesis 1:28. and Ps. 8.)

GOD knows that we can be fruitful, multiply, replenish, subdue, and have dominion on this earth. He wouldn't have given this command, if it weren't possible. We must believe that GOD NEVER puts impossibility in our way without knowing how He will bring us out.

The earth is GOD's and the fullness thereof. Everything that we have has come from the earth. And the earth belongs to GOD . . . great revelation! He has made us a little lower than the angels, and put all things under our feet. He has given us dominion over ALL the WORKS of His hands. Yet, we have allowed the ‘lie' to gain dominion over us. We've allowed the enemy to subdue us with threats of sickness, pain, lack, and death. Jesus Christ, our redeemer, made provision for EVERYTHING that you will EVER suffer.

The only way that a lie can be confronted is with the TRUTH. The TRUTH says…‘There is no lack in GOD'. The TRUTH says, "By His stripes, we are healed…." The Truth says, ‘Christ In You The HOPE of Glory'. So, why fear death? Our Redeemer has taken the sting out of death. Remember this? "O Death where is thy sting? O Grave where is thy victory?" The lie has preached LACK into us in such pounding proportions that to hear that we are to be fruitful in anything other than MONEY, doesn't have proper significance, especially as we view ourselves through the tinted lenses of the world.

Taking on the mind of Christ, we will see and understand how we've been deceived, while being promised "Abundance." Our abundance comes through the LIFE of CHRIST. (In Him we live and move and have our being.) While doing what GOD has commanded, we will find a life of plenty. BUT…We MUST keep His Commands.

My plants grew after they were placed on the front porch, the yield was fruitful. The cucumbers were pickled and some were sent out of town to relatives and friends. From a few seeds, whose gender I could not determine, and from a small flower box God multiplied and replenished. How much more will He multiply the fruit that you give to Him?

From a barren land much fruit can be brought forth yet a number of days in labor may also be in order; just in the name of preparation. And some may look to the near future and say to themselves, ‘highly unnecessary,' and even more for certain, ‘definitely not by me will this land be tilled.' But Praise God for discernment and a sound mind because that man ( in B.T.) looks at tomorrow not having a promise to die tonight; and even in the case being he does, prepares for the worst anyhow and begins to dig and transfer an ample water supply along with potting soil. So that, in the situation of him being spared has food to eat in the place of grief. Once the chore in the beginning is done.

After reading and contemplating "Famous Last Words," I was blessed to read about a man by the name of Asimov who believed that people who read the Bible are, "ignorant, uneducated, unimaginative, and unthinking."

As I thought about his descriptive words I mused as I thought of myself and how I might be looked upon as a Bible reader and believer. I found it's okay to be "IGNORANT," because in ICor. 3:18 I read; "Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise." (Fits me okay)

And I can't be too "UNIMAGINATIVE" because the truth is that my mind runs wild with imagination when I think about Jesus' words in John 14:1-3; where He tells me, "Let not your heart be troubled, ye believe in GOD, believe also in Me. In my Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you, and if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am there ye may be also." (Now that's exciting!!!)

And I, as a child of GOD, am allowed to be "UNTHINKING," (not to just think in natural terms) because my Bible tells me in ; Phil.2:5; "Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus," and as I take on the mind of Christ, it relieves me of the pressures and the burden of the cares this world, because as the Father was with Jesus when He was in the world, my BIBLE tells me so He is with me.

1 TSP. GROUND CINNAMON
1 CUP RAISINS

COMBINE EGG YOKES AND NEXT THREE INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL.
GRADUALLY STIR ABOUT ¼ HOT MIXTURE INTO YOLK MIXTURE; ADD YOLK MIXTURE REMAINING HOT MIXTURE.
COOK OVER LOW HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL MIXTURE REACHES160 DEGREES AND IS THICKENED AND BUBBLY (ABOUT THREE MINUTES.)
STIR IN RAISINS. SERVE WARM OR CHILLED.
YIELD: 10 SERVINGS.
