Something I've never seen
Before is some one like you.
Just by the loving and
Simple things that you like to do.
You comfort others in time of pain
You're very hospitible in times of rain.
You lend out your helping hand
You always convince people that they can
Do all the things that they want to achieve
And you trust and believe
In other people's dream
My love grows for you more and more
That's why I say
You're something I've never seen before.

I AIN'T PLAYING WITH IT NOW.

Here I am, gonna try again
I've lost my battle with drugs one time,
THIS TIME I'M GONNA WIN.
My battle plan is Know How,
My weapon is Jesus Christ.
With Him on my side,
Victory is mine,
But not without sacrifice.

I'll have to give up the old ways of life,
Which isn't a total loss.
I'm saying good-bye to drugs for good
And I mean it at all costs.
For thirty three years,
I have searched and searched
To find out who I am.
Now God has led me back to the flock
He's my Sheppard and I'm His Lamb.
I knew the day would come to be
That Christ would show me how,
Now I'll live as the Bible says cause...
"I Ain't Playing With It Now."

It's been a long time
Since I've written on this
And I feel just elated
To tell someone as kind as you
How much you're appreciated.
I've known you for a little while
And something you have inside
Is just about ready to be birthed
And it cannot be denied,
A smile as pure, and real as yours
Is sent from GOD above.
It shows what's really inside of you
A true and Godly love
The eyes are the windows of the soul
The eyes they tell so much
And no matter how bad things may seem
The hand of God will touch,
You life, your path, your destiny,
Your beginning and your end
And on the first day that we met
GOD ALSO TOUCHED A FRIEND.

Lord, we come before you with Thanksgiving in our hearts, and praise on our lips asking, in the Name of Jesus for forgiveness of our sins, known, and unknown. Remove it from us so that these words may minister, penetrate, and be engraved upon the tables of our hearts. Father, I trust that this is YOUR WILL, and not mine being done. Use me in any way you see fit and allow me to come and hear, and be submissive unto You. In the Name of Jesus, AMEN

Before I ran away from things
I didn't want to see
I shunned away those thoughts and dreams
I thought would never be
Before I lived a selfish life
Yet, longed so much to share
And when rejection came to be
I was like a shirt, ready to wear
Before was a thought of things to come
Before has since gone by
But when I gave my life to Christ
He showed me the reason why
Now I stand for the will of God
And what it means to me
Now I know the meaning of FAITH
As small, or large as we make it
So when the world wants to dish it out,
In Jesus' Name I'll take it
Now I stand when before I'd fall
Now I seek for closure
Now I'm not afraid anymore
Now with freedom there is exposure
God has been so good to us
In ways we don't think about
He brought us out of our distress
That's something to shout about!
Everything about our lives
The enemy wants to command
God wants us to submit to Him
He asks, it's not a demand
So bruise your heel as you step on his head
And with the words in hand
Slap that Devil, then proclaim
"Before I ran, Now I'll Stand

MY WORRIES ARE FEW

There was a time when all hope was gone
There was a time when the days seemed so long
There was a time when nothing
Would turn out right
There was a time when I'd sit
And cry all night
Confused,Emotional,
Ready to die
Not having a clue as to the reason why
Thinking that all hope was gone
But when I was weak,
God made me strong
He pulled me out of the pain and strife
He showed me a better way of life
He taught me how to love myself
And without God, there's nothing else
Now there's peace in time of trouble
My help comes slowly or on the double
I know what God is doing for me
He saved a life I wanted to flee
In my Lord there's victory
And there is no better place to be
Today I sing a joyful song
No more do I feel All Hope is Gone.
